rev Jerry field
Rev Jerry Field is our Vicar. He trained for church leadership at Ridley Hall, Cambridge and was part of the original planting team coming as Curate under Graham Singh. Graham left to plant another church and Jerry took over as Vicar in 2013. Prior to ordination, Jerry studied at Durham University and worked for the Commonwealth Secretariat and for Holy Trinity Brompton, training chaplains to run Alpha in the prisons and armed forces. Jerry is married to Camilla and they have two children.

REV ANNA EVANS
Anna is our Associate Vicar and carried out her training at St Mellitus Theological College, London. Before becoming ordained, Anna served on the staff team at St Saviour’s, Sunbury as Community Pastor and prior to that, she spent a number of years working for Tearfund. Anna loves to be able to encourage others to grow in their relationship with Jesus - seeing them flourish in who He has made them to be. She loves people, and is passionate about building community, and drawing people together. Anna is married to Ben, and they have a daughter called Evangeline. Anna loves time with family, books, the seaside, coffee and having a houseful of people eating and talking.

REV tom simpson
Tom is one of our Curates who has recently completed his studies at St Mellitus Theological College alongside working at St John's. Tom is passionate about people experiencing the freedom and joy of a relationship with Jesus. Previously Tom worked on the BHS graduate scheme and then for Holy Trinity Brompton, growing the Social Transformation ministries. Tom is married to Kayleigh and they have a son and love good food and music.

REV Vanessa Hamlett
Vanessa is one of our Curates, who grew up in the Cotswolds and moved to London as a university student to study Criminology and Sociology. Since university, she both worked in the City of London and trained for ordination at St Mellitus College. During her training, she served at Holy Trinity Brompton. During her time at St John’s she will be taking the lead with our Student Ministry and Older Youth Ministry. She enjoys stand-up comedy (watching, not performing!), cooking, reading, and traveling whenever possible.
margaret buckley
Margaret is our Assistant Curate and has been part of St John’s since 2016. Prior to moving to this area she was a Drugs Counsellor for over 16 years within various prisons. After retirement she did a Diploma at St Mellitus and then completed the Caleb Stream. Currently she runs the Take Time meditation jointly with HW Baptist Church and is keen to see more networking with other local churches.
She is married to Peter and has her two children and their families living close by in Teddington.
KAMILA STEFANIK
Kamila Stefanik is our Ordinand. She was born and educated in Poland. She holds MA degree in Philosophy. She moved to London in 2008 and has worked in primary education for the last 10 years as a teaching assistant. Her life was transformed when she found Jesus. Her dream is to see more people being released into the Kingdom of God and stepping into His freedom.
She is passionate about healthy living and likes to cook (especially new recipes!). Kamila is married to Prabhath and they have a son, Ryan.

Ben Evans
Ben is a Licensed Lay Minister (LLM) in the Diocese of London. He serves as an LLM at both St Paul’s Cathedral and St John’s Hampton Wick. Ben trained at St Mellitus College and holds a Masters in Theology, Ministry and Mission. Ben is also the founder and a company director of HumanTalk Limited, a learning and development consultancy specialising in leadership development, transition and team coaching, and workplace mental health and well-being. Ben has the privilege of working alongside a number of the bishops, deans and lay leaders in the Church of England. He is married to our Associate Vicar, Anna.
OPERATIONS
PENNY MILLER
Penny is our Operations Director. She worked at Holy Trinity Brompton for 6 years before meeting and then marrying her husband Rowan. She spent 10 years raising their three children before joining St John's Hampton Wick in 2011. She is passionate about the church and the positive influence it can have on society and enjoys playing her part in ensuring it thrives. One day a week she works for Revitalise Trust as the HTB Network Ops Advisor. Penny is also our Safeguarding Officer.

Rachel Pim
Rachel is our Parish Administrator and PA to Jerry. Rachel is a solicitor and spent many years lecturing in law before taking a career break to spend more time with family and to complete a Masters in Theological Studies. Rachel joined the church when it reopened in 2010 and feels privileged to have been part of it’s life for so many years. In this role, she hopes to support the church in it’s continued growth and ministry to the community. Rachel is married to Tom and has two children, Joseph and Laura.
Katherine woodlock
Katherine is our PA to Anna Evans and the Rising Gen Manager. Prior to working at St John’s, Katherine spent almost 20 years in healthcare market research. Katherine is passionate about welcoming people of all ages into the church and seeing Jesus transform lives through His love. She is married to Simon and loves the outdoors, walking her cocker spaniel with family and friends in the countryside.
PRABHATH SUMANASEKERA
Prabhath is our Site Manager. He moved to the UK in 2003 from Sri Lanka. He studied Business Administration at the University of Buckingham and prior to starting at St John’s he worked in the planning and logistics sector for McLaren and RPC Group. Prabhath manages Site and Bookings at St John's and also assists the Operations Director with Events, Finance and HR.
In his spare time, he loves running and playing cricket. He is married to Kamila, and they have a son, Ryan.

EVANGELISM
cONNOR PATTERSON
Connor is our Ministry Lead for Evangelism and is passionate about sharing Jesus' love. Connor studied Music at the University of Sussex and has released multiple albums in recent years. Prior to working for St John's, Connor was Worship Pastor at St Dionis Parsons Green and a primary school mentor for 'KICK'. He is an Associate Evangelist with Mission 24 and has joined them in mission trips across the UK and the world. Connor is married to the wonderful Freya and has a baby daughter.
YOUTH & children
JAy BLAKE
Jay is our Rising Generations Pastor working with both, children and youth. Before he came to St John’s in May 2019, he was at HTClaygate where he spent 5 years, 3 of which he was the Trainee Youth Minister. Jay completed a degree at St Mellitus Theological College in Theology & Youth Ministry in 2019.
Jay is passionate about getting alongside children and young people and encouraging them to find their identity in Jesus.
He is married to Emily and has 2 sons Noah & Eli and twin daughters Zarah & Phoebe. He is also an avid Tottenham and Hampton & Richmond fan, gamer and Nandos lover.

tolu odugbemi
Tolu is our SJC Team Leader and Rising Generations Administrator. He has worked in the oil industry and political risk consultancy as well as serving as a Children and Youth Pastor in Morden and the City of London. Tolu and his family joined the St John's community in 2018. He is passionate about people discovering that their gifts are part of God's great plan for His Kingdom. Tolu is married to Sotonye, and they have two children, Ladi and Zoë. Tolu loves film, fitness and American football.

ezra owen
Ezra Owen is our Worship & Youth Assistant. Ezra is a freelance dance artist who studied at Kingston University, London and has a first-class bachelor’s degree in Dance. Ezra has performed nationally and internationally with Far From The Norm Ltd including Botis Seva’s Olivier Award Winning BLKDOG, UK and EU Tour.
From a young age, Ezra has served in many worship teams. He now leads worship and has a passion to see young people engage in worship through dance and music. He is married to the lovely Estella Owen and has a daughter.

Lia Gut
Lia is our Rising Generations intern. She grew up in Germany and her love for England inspired her to move here just after finishing school.
Lia is very passionate about the things she adores and sharing God’s love with everyone.
She aspires to work in HR someday.
In her free time she enjoys doing everything related to music and food or calling the people she loves.

WORSHIP
JAMES HELLINGS
James is our Worship Pastor. He is also a songwriter and has been involved in a number of well known recordings. James went to art school in Chelsea and has a degree in fine art. James was previously Worship Director at Hope Church Islington and Worship Pastor at St Dionis Church in Fulham.
James came to faith in Jesus as a young boy and is passionate about seeing the local church built up and the worship team doing an effective job of leading God’s people in His praises!
James loves watching and playing football. He is married to Catherine and has two children.

JR Graham
JR is our Worship and Youth Intern. In addition to being an Artist (4 The Brotherhood) and multi-instrumentalist, he has an MA in commercial Songwriting and production. Most recently JR has performed at All Points East Festival, had music featured on ITV and released music alongside Filipino Superstar Ez Mil.
From a young age JR grew up in church but became on fire for Jesus when he came to St Johns’ in 2019. He is now now embarking on the LDY leadership programme headed by HTB as he looks forwards to serving through worship leading in church.
